Abby
I think Abby is adjusting very well to her new “weekend” home on Lake Winnipesaukee. We are SO blessed to have her in our lives. We are truely amazed at how very well behaved she is and she listens very well. as you can see, she has already made a friend in the neighbors dog Lola. I think she will be just fine.
Angus
Just thought that I would drop you a quick note on Angus. He is doing great, happy chasing squirrels and birds in the yard and he is a great soccer player.Christopher has trouble getting the ball from him. He probably would make a great goalie. His appetite has pick up and he now look great. I have
Angus going to beginner obedience on Sunday mornings. He is very smart but hates to do the down command. Rufus on the other hand, did the down and then wouldn’t get up. He wanted to stay there. I can’t tell you why I feel this way, but Angus is a VERY special dog. There is a quite peace about him.
His gentleness and playful manners bring joy to all that are around him. I have brought him to the convalescent home to see my Mother. The other residents just absolutely adore him. They are all so sorry to see him go. Angus greets every one that comes to see him with such happiness. I have been taking pictures of Angus. I will put a little book together for you.
Have a good weekend.

Christy (now Sophie)
Hi Guys,
Here’s a couple of pictures of Sophie! She is already part of the household, that’s for sure!! She knows the layout of the whole house, knows where her food is, where the toys are, where bed is! She loves to sit out in the sun with us and romp around in the grass, and when it’s time to go in the house, she’s already learned how to bound up the three back steps into the house! It’s hysterical!!!
Thank you again for her. She has already brought such joy into our lives, and she’s only been here since Saturday!!! We are in love with her. What a wonderful little dog she is. Thank you again, so so much!!!!
Update 9/30/07: Hi Guys!!! I attached a picture of Sophie (previously “Christy”) for you!! She has completely taken over our household and our lives! Whoever thought she was a submissive little thing would be very surprised to see her now! We are in love with her. She is adorable, and she puts our Yorkie mix Jack in his place! She has a blast chasing the cat around the house too! She’s got an appetite like a horse, and loves to run around the yard and go for walks.
I’ll update you from time to time, but I just want to say thank you for bringing this little dog into our lives. She has definitely found her “forever home.”

Bonnie
Hi Jill,
Here is a picture of Bonnie and Scooby relaxing in our backyard. The picture is kind of dark (picture omitted). I’ll get some better ones uploaded soon. I’m surprised that she wouldn’t let men get near her, she took to me right away and now she follows me everywhere in the house. I don’t know if it was you or Joanne that told me about her chewing but, she does like to chew. She hasn’t damaged anything except the toys we’ve bought her. She goes through them like nothing! Oh well, as long as it keeps her happy!
Kurt
